Autism Evaluations
Working in concert with its clinical partners, Applied Behavioral Approaches can help to facilitate evaluations for autism spectrum disorder either in-person or virtually. Diagnostic evaluations can be conducted at Applied Behavioral Approaches' clinic. To learn more about virtual ASD evaluations click here.
Our diagnostic partners are separate companies from Applied Behavioral Approaches; therefore, their evaluations are their sole responsibility, including records, billing, and the evaluation process and procedures.
In-Person Autism Evaluations

Magnolia Wellness & Psychology typically completes evaluations in approximately 30 days from intake to feedback/results. Evaluations can be conducted at their Roswell facility or at Applied Behavioral Appraoches' clinic. They are currently out of network, but provide a superbill and break the assessment fee into 2 payments (1 at scheduling and the 2nd at the results). For families with Peachstate, Amerigroup, Ambetter, or straight GA Medicaid, they partner with Changing Lanes Intervention Human Services.

Founded by Dr. Jaymie Fox, the team at the Georgia Autism Center (GAC) provides in-office evaluations for autism spectrum and other related neurodevelopmental disorders. GAC accepts Aetna, BCBS, CareSource, Cigna, Humana, Peach State, and straight GA Medicaid.

Virtual Autism and ADHD evaluations are provided in GA by Dr. Hokehe Eko MD, a Board Certified Pediatrician within 2 weeks. She also provides integrative medical care to address concerns like constipation, sleep, picky eating and aggressive behaviors in children post diagnosis.
As You Are is the nation’s leading virtual autism clinic for children as young as 16 months. Evaluations are conducted by Board-Certified Physicians via telehealth and conducted either in your home or our office. They currently accept Ambetter (Centene), Amerigroup, GA Medicaid, Peach State, Tricare East, and UnitedHealthcare. Applied Behavioral Approaches’ referral code is AYA02936.

Minder Memory’s team of neuropsychologists offers virtual psychological evaluations in the comfort of your own home or in our clinic. They are in-network with most major insurance companies including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United. However, if it is determined that they are NOT in-network with your particular plan, they have additional options available to lower your out-of-pocket costs. For those with Medicaid or insurance that is considered out-of-network, Minder offers up to 40% off the cost of the evaluation as well as payment plan options. If you have a PPO plan that is considered out-of-network, you would need to pay these costs out-of-pocket. However, most of these costs are likely eligible for reimbursement (typically 50-80%).
